The Cowlitz 16-1 Black team had a great tournament in the Battle of Olympus, finishing 2nd overall after a close match against Athena 16-3 Gold Select. Earlier in the semis, they had multiple comebacks against NWAS Kelso before winning in another tight one. Bridget had an outstanding weekend at the net, providing needed blocking and attacks, as well as occasional back row defense. They received this squishy as a prize:
