I asked Jillian if she was happy that the sandbox got opened and she smiled. I asked her what she was doing and she replied, "Building a habitat." She asked for water for her habitat and spent a lot of time working on it. She said it was for the animals in the sandbox. Hope it was play animals. When Bridget woke up she was also thrilled to get in the sand. Later they saw their first snake. They freaked out a bit but I convinced them that the snake was more afraid of them and would try to hide. (Of course, I don't like snakes but had to be brave.)
