Turkey Cookies

The kids went to Auntie Greta's to help her and cousin Meagan decorate the traditional turkey cookies. They actually made pretty quick work of it, and the mess wasn't all that bad either.

Jillian is Playing Basketball!

Jillian's 8th grade Basketball season started last week, and so far they are undefeated. Their team is pretty experienced, since they all played together on a club team for Coach Louie.

The schedule is a little odd this year; they play only 2 other schools, and they play their own 7th grade team 4 times.

Veterans Day Assembly

Bridget participated in a virtual assembly for Veterans Day. Her presentation was on Armistice Day.

Tor is playing Basketball!

Tor started his basketball season this week, playing some games on Saturday with his new team. The games were physical, and Tor paid the price several times when driving to the basket for layins ... he ended up on the floor in a heap, and sadly with no fouls called. Ouch! Here's a pic of one of those times:

Even so, Tor kept going, intercepting passes or stealing dribbles, and then going coast-to-coast for a lot of baskets.

Bridget is playing Basketball!

Bridget's basketball season just started with her first games on Saturday. Her coach (Tyson) is the same as 2 years ago. There are lots of new players learning the game, so Bridget is one of the more experienced. She's also one of the tallest, so she ended up rebounding and blocking shots throughout her games, as well as contributing some points.

She played very well this weekend, helping her team against some tough competition. It's getting physical put there, too.
