Fun Land

The kids went to Fun Land today and got their pictures taken in the photo booth. They made their best silly faces.

Play-Doh Kids

Bridget was having fun making princess dolls with play-doh  and Tor was busy bothering her and crumbling up the play-doh.  You can see the scratch on Bridget's cheek from a run in with a door.  It's a wonder they don't have more bumps, bruises, and scratches, as much as they run around wildly.

Meeting

Ty came to play with the Jillian, Bridget and Tor.  At first they played hide-n-seek which I know they all love, especially Tor now.  Every time I say "Diaper change", he takes off and hides somewhere.  It was pretty quiet for awhile so I went downstairs to check and they were all inside the "apartment".  When I asked what was happening, they explained they were having a meeting to decide on what game would be next.  They even had a lantern to light up the inside with the door closed.  They were sad to see Ty go home.

Ty's Basketball Game

It was Senior night and Ty's last home game.  Jillian, Bridget, and Tor have enjoyed watching Ty play all these years.  He had a good night, scoring 18 points and had many assists plus they won.

 During half time and after the game, all the kids love to shoot and run around.  Jillian was determined to make a basket during half time on the hoop that is higher than the one she plays on.  She kept trying and trying and when she finally made the basket the crowd cheered, so she promptly dribbled to the other end of the court and made another basket right away and then that end of the gym cheered for her.  Made her day!

Bridget just seems to run around wildly and have fun but Tor is focused on shooting baskets too.  He tries but is just a little short of hitting the basket but that doesn't stop him.

Blocks with Ty

Ty came to play with Tor and they played building blocks for a long time.  I'm not sure who had the most fun.  At first they built a house and Tor helped build that and other things.  Then it went to Ty trying to build the highest tower he could while Tor was doing his best to knock it down.  When Tor succeeded he did a big celebration.

Return of the Jump Ropes

Olympic Elementary is again having their Jump Rope for heart, and Jillian is psyched! Mostly, she's excited about the prizes that she could win based on the amount of sponsorships she collects. So, she has been practicing constantly, and Mommy has had to put restrictions on how long she is allowed to jump rope (due to the very sore legs she ended up with last year after her marathon practice sessions). Jillian's already jumped over 100 times in a row! Bridget has also gotten on board with jump roping, joining Jillian and learning how to do it. She's figuring it out.
